Gabby was lovely and she has very gentle hands. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to getting me an appointment at short notice. Unfortunately when I got home and checked the mirror my eyebrows were uneven in shape and the amount of product used on each brow. I had random hairs that were dyed but should obviously have been removed as they were lower than the brow shape. I did tidy them up myself with some tweezers but tbh it was a little disappointing.

Great experience (again) with Ash..today a Keratin treatment, which I've not had before. Looking forward to less friz. Ash explained the whole process to me in detail and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend both Ash and the team at Saks!
