I had such a great experience with Danielle Boulet. She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my hair and concerns. I came in with waist-length hair feeling ready for a big chop, but I’m so glad I trusted her recommendation to keep some length and go for a medium cut. I left feeling so much lighter and really happy with the result. She never rushed the consultation or haircut, and I truly felt heard. I had such a great experience at Hair N Extensions Boutique yesterday. For starters, my appointment began promptly at 11:00 a.m., which I appreciated. Shedeka addressed me with a smile before directing to the sink where she gave me an incredible wash and condition as part of the weave maintenance service I came for. She answered the questions I had about the product line she used on my hair and was just very positive overall. I came in there looking like quite the hot mess, but Shedeka made sure I left looking and feeling fabulous. Thank you for the amazing service! ❤️ 🙏🏿

Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field. My skin was absolutely giving me the pregnancy glow I deserved when I left. 10/10 would recommend!!! 😌

I originally booked for Dermaplaning treatment, but when she looked at my skin condition, she told me that she does not recommend it due to my skin condition. She suggested a different treatment instead, and I couldn't be more happier! I finally found a skincare place where I can be confident that the staff will address all my skincare concerns.

We had a great experience with this salon's customer service! During our first visit for my daughter's haircut, she wasn't happy with the result and was quite upset at home. However, the salon's 1-week free adjustment policy made all the difference. We booked a second appointment, and the staff took the time to listen and communicate thoroughly. The second haircut turned out wonderfully, and my daughter is so happy now. Highly recommend them for their accountability and great service!
