I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

Kaylee is amazing! She works hard to make sure everything is perfect and that I'm happy with my nails. Glosse is a beautiful salon and everyone there is super friendly. They also have such a gorgeous selection of colors. Best place for nails in Vancouver hands down.

Had a full body massage yesterday after a five hour flight from Toronto and it was most certainly what my 63-year old body needed. Polina is very good at what she does and I am very happy with my brow lamination. She was very thorough and very good at shaping my eyebrows after the lamination (highly recommend booking the waxing in addition to the lamination). This was my first lamination and I will definitely go back.
