I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Anna is a really special therapist. She is so warm, nurturing and intuitive. Her therapy space is so calm and relaxing. She is definitely someone to see if you’re feeling a bit run down and want to feel uplifted.

Shep is professional and friendly. I think he's the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Really relaxed as a person but so thorough with his therapy. He's able to identify each area that is tight, needs work on and treat it appropriately. I've had instant relief which has lasted for weeks. This is massage for real results. I'd happily recommend him to anyone who's looking for a proper massage. Thanks so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Reiki treatment. Ilze is amazing healer and truly has a magical hands. She made me feel at ease and her energy is so warm and calming during the session. I left feeling grounded and relaxed and looking forward to acupuncture session with her soon.

Hi, I am happy that I found this clinic. The lady who did the excellent initial massage was amazing. I am impressed, also by the banks. How many toxins have left me with the blood. The doctor who adjusted my spine, very professional. Thank you very much and see you in about a month 😀

I had a fantastic experience. Racquel is very professional and friendly. She’s is extremely good at what she does. I move over a year ago from Reading and kept looking for a good massage therapist in my new location. I visited a few but they were not as good as my old therapist so I didn’t return. That was until I visited Form Therapy. I rebooked immediately. I guess it will be my new spot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Jamile

Fantastic experience. From the moment you walk in, there is a relaxing warm and welcoming environment. The full body lymphatic drainage massage is a therapy I cannot recommend highly enough. My therapist was excellent and I left feeling light, relaxed and later re-energised. The day after and I am still feeling the positive effects. Will definitely be back!!

My therapist (I can’t spell his name Raylton?) is just utterly amazing. I go to him lots and he is the kindest sole and is such an amazing therapist. He really made me walk out feeling a different person as to the one that walked in prior to my therapy!! Please pass on my thanks xx

I’m usually not one to leave reviews and would prefer to keep Natalia and Dragonfly Therapy as my one secret place but i have to say that she deserves full recognition for her caring and professional service and in my opinion she is the best therapist in the West London area. I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. I highly recommend Shahana to anyone looking for expert physiotherapy for neck pain, stiffness, posture-related issues, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Had a sport therapy massage, which was nice and deep and left my tense body much more relaxed. Happy that he listened and focused on my shoulders and I feel so much relief from the tension and stiffness I had before. He was very knowledgeable too. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and happy to use again and recommend.

Tremendous! Absolutely brilliant deep tissue sports massage. I went in with really tight muscles and a lot of tension from training, and I came out feeling so much looser with a noticeable improvement in my mobility. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and targeted all the problem areas without rushing the session. It was exactly the right level of pressure and I could feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who trains regularly or struggles with muscle tightness. I’ll definitely be booking again.

It was my first time trying red light therapy, and the experience was absolutely great. Although the shop is small, it’s clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how the therapy works and what to look out for. There was zero hard-selling, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The treatment itself felt warm and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem with a genuinely warm and welcoming vibe.

Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and gave really helpful advice. I left feeling much more confident about my recovery and would highly recommend him.😊
