I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

Gabriele has helped me immensely with my sciatica which I’ve had for over 3 months due to a disc bulge in spine. I had constant shooting pains down my leg which was really affecting my day to day life. I had been seeing physio and another osteopath but to no avail. Gabriele came highly recommended and after a few sessions my pain is mostly gone, walking and exercising is much easier and I’m truly so grateful - thank you!

I had been suffering with pain in my left hand and shoulder for quite some time, and after my first session with Kevin I already noticed a significant improvement. Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand the issue properly. My treatment included both acupuncture and physiotherapy, and the results were remarkable. I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.

Met with the physio who assessed my condition and came up with a treatment plan for me. The physio was very professional, clearly explained everything and made sure I understood the whole process. Looking forward to starting my treatment and on my way to recovery.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing, as a 45 y/o woman I've had maaaaaany physio/massage/oesteo type encounters in my life, and she's by far the best. Knowledgeable and explains things really clearly and interestingly, as well as fun and friendly and kind - always manages to do the work without making it too painful, and really takes time to work with your body. Highly recommend. I'm a recovering herniated disc sciatica woman in perimenopause, which can be a scary place on both counts - but she makes it feel very safe to be worked on.
