I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. Elena has been helping me with my back problems, and other problems to keep me mobile and flexible. She always listens to any issues I have and is very helpful and knowledgeable which is very reassuring. Excellent service and massage, which I highly recommend to anybody.

Elena was methodical and through in her assessment of my issues and used an array of tools where necessary during massage treatments. After only three sessions, my pain and symptoms are greatly reduced. I would highly recommend.

I am always amazed that I have such a feeling of well being after a massage from Elena. I walk out feeling more secure and balanced on my legs, and the extra energy lasts a long time.
