I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Shep is professional and friendly. I think he's the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Really relaxed as a person but so thorough with his therapy. He's able to identify each area that is tight, needs work on and treat it appropriately. I've had instant relief which has lasted for weeks. This is massage for real results. I'd happily recommend him to anyone who's looking for a proper massage. Thanks so much.

The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who trains hard or just needs a proper reset!

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

Amazing as always! Whenever I see Carole she hits the nail on the head. She's honest and extremely in tune and was meant to do this in life. It was my first time trying red light therapy, and the experience was absolutely great. Although the shop is small, it’s clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how the therapy works and what to look out for. I could not recommend Cornell enough - he made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the improvement of my lower leg injury after just one hour is incredible. I have never been to a physio before and had no expectations but have walked away feeling in a much better position, with tips and exercises too to maintain my recovery. I saw him in dr stretch in hackney, which was a really calming and private space and easy to find. 10/10 would recommend and a huge thank you to Cornell who was so lovely and supportive.
