I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

It was an amazing experience at Diamond clinic. Dr. Iqbal was very patient to listen to my problem and also explained the treatment plan very clearly. Highly recommended. 🙂

Fantastic full body massage, incredibly relaxing but at the same time I could feel my muscles really being worked on. Bonus hot stones thrown in which I really appreciated. Will definitely return. Only advice is to have a warming sheet on the bed as is can feel a bit chilly when uncovered. Thank you so much for the great treatment.

Lashes look fab! They listened to the look that I wanted and gave their advice based on what would work best for my face. Clare stopped 30 minutes before the end to check I was happy with the look and to allow for any adjustments if needed but the lashes were perfect. Bed was comfortable too!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. She gives you honest advice and recommendations from her expert point of view, never trying to sell you something you don’t need. She really listens, explains everything in a very approachable way, and focuses on what works best for you. I’ve had a couple of treatments with her, including Botox, and I completely trust her. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. I can’t wait to be back in Esher, which is only a few train stops away from London, making it a convenient location for a little escape!
