It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews and would prefer to keep Natalia and Dragonfly Therapy as my one secret place but i have to say that she deserves full recognition for her caring and professional service and in my opinion she is the best therapist in the West London area.
