I came to Tanya with a pain in my neck and upper back. Instantly she knew the issue and resolved it in one session. She also recommended a lot of exercises that could help prevent the issue in future. The space was beautiful and she put so much attention into making the experience relaxing and safe. I had a very good experience! I came in with some muscle soreness on the legs and lower back as I'm a runner but after only session the stiffness in my body was relieved. Tanya was very professional, communicated well with myself (asking if I was in paid or discomfort at all times). I also loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the room where I was treated. It was definitely a vibe and I will be returning again for sure!! :)

I had an amazing experience at StretchLed! I have been having issues with my lower back, knees, and especially with my shoulders and wrists due to my carpal tunnel. Upon entry, the space is very professional and clean, and was quickly made to feel comfortable and at ease, and T was very quick to get to work, identifying the problem areas and determining the correct stretch to use. Immediately after I felt much better but I waited 24hrs later to review, and I must say, upon waking up, I feel brand new, no crunchy joints or aches and pains. I recommend this to anyone, it’s worth every penny!

such great service , I walked out of my session feeling like a new woman. Tanya is extremely talented and made sure I wasn't in pain during our stretches. I had the most amazing assisted stretch session today and can’t recommend it enough! My stretch therapist Tanya took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tightness, which made me feel like i was in great hands!! The session itself was incredible, gentle yet effective. I could feel tension being released that I didn’t know I had. By the end, my body felt looser, lighter, and more mobile. It’s the kind of relief you just can’t achieve on your own. Hands down one of the best forms of self-care I’ve done in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I highly recommend

My experience with Tanya today was amazing. Firstly, I really appreciate that shoes are left downstairs by the door. I'm a no shoes indoors kind of girl, so this just made me feel comfortable regarding the cleanliness of the studio upstairs, and I wasn't disappointed. Lovely 'clean' calming space. Next, was a casual discussion about my concerns, and stretches I could do in my personal time to correct my aches and pains. I love the fact that she's direct in saying this will not fix but aid in the recovery. Then we go down to it. Just BRILLIANT!! My back stiffness definitely eased.
