I would highly recommend this service, especially for first time clients. This was my first waxing/sugaring experience and I was quite nervous at the start, however, Shenice immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Shenice is amazing! I am so glad I choose The Sugar and Skin Lab it was a super pleasant and custom experience. Shenice really knows what she is doing and she is very hygienic. Anyone who has had sugaring done before knows that it can be very painful. This was the least painful experience I have had with sugaring and the mask and steam she does afterwards helps as well. 10/10

I always feel very comfortable and at peace when I'm at the spa. Sugaring leaves me feeling sweet. The process is surprisingly easy and simple after the first time. It usually takes between 30 to 45 mins and we chat during. She also plays whatever music I'm feeling. My first time the anticipation I had was worse than the reality. In the end, you feel sugary and look like KFC... iykyk

Makayla was energetic and friendly. She shows care to the client and strives to provide a great service. We looked over the areas waxed for anything that needed touch up and she was accommodating of that. I did leave with minor leftover wax on the skin. She is very open to meeting the client preference but wax seems to be her proficiency over sugaring.
