Sugaring is no walk in the park but Rhea makes me very comfortable and happy. The booking process is simple. Rhea provides details before hand in preparation for the service. She is readily available to answer any questions. Her studio is very cozy and clean and her warm and gentle voice is very therapeutic for me. If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. Nicole is excellent. Professional, customer oriented, friendly, a real joy to spend time with. My first Brazilian sugaring took only 35 min. She was patient yet efficient.

Brazilian sugaring maintenance and stomach strip was all quickly yet nicely done in half hour. Kaylona was engaging as usual but still made sure to do a pleasant job. My 3rd visit and has been a great experience and result each time.
