Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. I think I have just had the best massage of my life. What a little gem this place is for Fitzroy St, and our St Kilda community. It’s like a little peaceful haven in the Astral apartments. The ambiance and decor immediately relaxes you. It smells so good too. Masseur Josephine worked on my very tight knotty muscles with such professionalism, and noted all the sore spots that needed attention. I do a lot of sport so appreciate my body can be hard work. I will definitely be back for another massage with Josephine. Thankyou!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience after having a Hydrafacial spa treatment at Nourish on Fitzroy St. The atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and very professional.
