Beautiful relaxing breath work session in an elegant setting with an invigorating ice-bath to finish it off plus a sauna experience. The staff were lovely and I felt fantastic afterwards. I'll definitely be back!

Maya is amazing! Her PNF stretching really helps keep me moving. I highly recommend her. She does amazing work and is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Listens to what you want out of your sessions as well. Definitely will be back!

I love this wellness house - you can tell in every little bit of detail that the customer has been thought about. My partner and I both participated in the PNF class - my partner said he never realized you could stretch your body in that way, and we both came out of the class feeling very happy!

Clean and top quality sauna / ice bath equipment. The tea given to us to enjoy during our session was delicious! Small request, to offer smaller hand towels to use in the sauna/ice bath room.

I am extremely delighted! This is the first time in several years that I have been able to enjoy a sauna in complete tranquility. I would love to speak with the person in charge of this facility, as I have never encountered a sauna that operates at 76 degrees. It was an incredible experience, especially considering my chronic health condition. I am curious and would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding the sauna. I have tried numerous saunas before, but none of them have had such a positive impact on me. Most of the saunas I have used were only 65 degrees in a email the info ❤

I just had the most beautiful sound healing session with Alessandra. It felt like such a gentle but powerful reset. The whole experience was deeply calming, and I could really feel the vibrations working through areas that needed clearing. I left with a clearer sense of what’s going on energetically and some really helpful suggestions to stay balanced moving forward. Highly recommend if you’re needing to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
