What a beautiful, calm and we'll thought out space. On arrival Lou greeted my partner and I through the sauna and I've bath and left us to it. It was the hottest far infrared sauna I've ever been in and being a 4 seater, it was very spacious for the 2 of us. The ice bath took a bit of courage but once in it was so invigorating! With the property being a rear block it was incredibly peaceful and private.. can't wait to get back there!

Great little set up for what you need, sauna + cold therapy. 2 rounds of 20 min infrared sauna then 3 min ice bath. It did the trick. Looking forward to a good sleep tonight

Wow! What an oasis in Watermans bay! To be able to park up - go for a coast walk, then enjoy a sauna and ice bath sesh was the ultimate morning with my girlfriends! Such a secluded and cool spot! I can’t tell you the energy I had after that “me time” morning! I will definitely be returning to Kure ❤️

WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

Had a great first-time visit to this little gem. Chelle was a great host and gave us (amateur ice-bathers) some helpful tips. Was a bit hesitant going to someones' house but can definitely recommend. Coldest ice bath I've come across! Great sauna setup too. Will be back!

What an amazing setup! The sauna and cold plunge were so good. Lou was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend—and we can't wait to come back!

Lou was so welcoming and explained how to use everything. Location and set up is great- Cosy and private. Being able to see the time whilst in the sauna and set up a timer for the ice bath really makes a difference. Fresh water, play your own music or enjoy Lou’s playlist, hooks for your towels and the option for a warm shower, even adjust the ice bath temp a few degrees! Lou has thought of everything. Will definitely be back again
