Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

Very nice and pleasant experience at Ambience karrinyup. Had a remedial back and shoulder massage with Agnus and she delivered a firm message loosening stiff muscles and opening blocked energy nodes. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Linh you are a miracle worker, I honestly can’t thank you enough for my lymphatic treatment. I have been seeing these types of treatments pop up on instagram and decided to give it a go and I just had the BEST experience! WOW that’s all I can say! The spa is a hidden treasure in the Karrinyup mall and I’m so glad my husband treated me with a gift voucher! I will definitely be back, currently back home and back into mum mode but sipping on my lovely takeaway tea!! Thanks again 10/10!

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

My experience at Ambience Wellness was wonderful. A quiet, calm & relaxing environment, fabulous masseurs who know what they’re doing (especially Diana) and I walk out every time feeling renewed and relaxed. I highly recommend this place and will now be attending regularly to relieve all the stress I seem to build up in my back, shoulders and neck at least fortnightly. Reasonable prices too.

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!
