My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

10/10! Found my forever salon I recently walked past and it caught my eye straight away, very warm, welcoming and clean. I booked in for Biab nails with Preeya and waxing with Sam. Very happy with both treatment already booked my next appointments.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

This was my first time having my hair done with Jessi, but it was such a lovely experience. She, and everyone else in the salon, made me feel welcome and comfortable. As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing. Thank you so much!

This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3
