I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Wonderful relaxing experience. Enjoyed my pedicure, lash volume lift & eyebrow wax & tint. Maya's enhanced pedicure equipment enhanced the luxury and efficiency of the treatment. Maya was also gentle especially with the eyebrow waxing. Would highly recommend Maya.

Could not recommend enough. I was so nervous to go to a new beautician but she had me at ease as soon as I got there and the treatment was exceptional, the least pain I’ve ever felt and super quick (waxing) Her beauty room is so lovely and clean and easily accessible. First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.
