I visited Dear Nail for the first time and had BIAB on my hands and a spa pedicure with gel. The salon was clean, modern, and very inviting. Kelly was fantastic—she took her time shaping my nails and gave special attention to my cuticles, which made a big difference. The pedicure was just as relaxing and thorough. I absolutely love how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and feel so well cared for. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous nails!

I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet. This will be my go to treatment every month from now. Dyakuyu (дякую) 🇺🇦 🤗

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

Olena provided a really high quality and professional service. She is clearly very knowledgeable about all the techniques as well as being a really warm and welcoming presence. A great first gel pedicure experience and I’d certainly recommend her.

Always a treat to go and see Mel for a pedicure. My feet and calf muscles feel much better after their soak and massage and there is a great selection of colours for my nails- chose to coordinate with my yoga mat at the latest visit! 😀
