I’ve been having my laser sessions with Safa and I’ve had such a lovely experience so far! 🤍 Safa is genuinely so kind and professional. She always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. I really appreciate how she takes her time during each session. She always makes sure I know what to expect and how to look after my skin afterwards. The clinic is always spotless, comfortable and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve noticed a good difference since starting my sessions and I’m so happy with my progress. I would definitely recommend Safa and the clinic to anyone thinking about laser x

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Maya was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was my first bikini wax, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and was very informative.

The best wax and experience I’ve ever had having a Hollywood wax. I’ve just had a baby and felt really conscious however I was made to feel so at ease and almost forgot I was being waxed at one point! The attention to detail was amazing and I will 100% be back in 4 weeks time, No wax is completely pain free but this was the least pain I’ve ever felt!! Such a hidden gem and I’ll be visiting for more treatments , thank you so much

I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!

Her attention to detail is unmatched, she was meticulous, gentle, and ensured everything was absolute perfection. You can really tell Charnel takes pride in her work. I cannot recommend this studio enough! I came in for a waxing appointment and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The space is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming atmosphere. My esthetician was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results are flawless!
