Ellie was great, very professional and kind. I had a wash cut and blow dry, 8 hours later my bounce and curls are going strong i love it! I would highly recommend . Easy to commute to and parking is available 🙂 Thank you again x

Love going to Rosie for my hair and so happy she's back in a Salon. She creates the most beautiful Butterfly cut with face framing bangs which I LOVE. As well as doing a fabulous cut and blow-dry shes a delight to have a chat with and feels like you're chatting with a bestie.

My experience with Georgia was brilliant, she was easy to talk to and provided exactly what I was after. I’ve found it difficult to find a hairdresser in Birmingham that I wanted to return to so am incredibly happy that I booked in with Georgia and am looking forward to my next visit!

First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing. This was my first time having my hair done with Jessi, but it was such a lovely experience. She, and everyone else in the salon, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jessi listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and styled it lovely. I left there feeling so confident and beautiful with my hair! Hanna was lovely and highly attentive, making sure she fully understood how I wanted my hair cut. She provided excellent advice on how to style my hair according to my hair type, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her.

Fabulous salon, Donna and her team are very welcoming and professional making visits really enjoyable. Advice and discussions about styles, cuts and colours are always given before the hair styling starts. Care and attention to their clients is second to non and you leave feeling a million dollars.
