I’ve been having my laser sessions with Safa and I’ve had such a lovely experience so far! 🤍 Safa is genuinely so kind and professional. She always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. I really appreciate how she takes her time during each session. She always makes sure I know what to expect and how to look after my skin afterwards. The clinic is always spotless, comfortable and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve noticed a good difference since starting my sessions and I’m so happy with my progress. I would definitely recommend Safa and the clinic to anyone thinking about laser x

The best wax and experience I’ve ever had having a Hollywood wax. I’ve just had a baby and felt really conscious however I was made to feel so at ease and almost forgot I was being waxed at one point! The attention to detail was amazing and I will 100% be back in 4 weeks time, No wax is completely pain free but this was the least pain I’ve ever felt!! Such a hidden gem and I’ll be visiting for more treatments , thank you so much

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

As always Harps is very good at what she does. I’ve been getting full body waxes from her since last year and she’s the least painful waxed I’ve had but also the most affective. Harps has also been very informative during my pregnancy and helped me to understand my hair growth and helped me sort a new routine for my waxes during pregnancy. Not only are harps’ waxes good but I had a pedicure today which almost put me to sleep it felt so comforting. My feet feel brand new which is saying a lot as my feet were very dry and hard.

I had an incredible experience with my waxing treatment! Charnel was so warm and personable, immediately putting me at ease. I cannot recommend this studio enough! I came in for a waxing appointment and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The space is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming atmosphere. My esthetician was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results are flawless! If you’re looking for a top-tier waxing studio with a welcoming vibe, this is definitely the place to go. I will absolutely be back!

Charnel is absolutely amazing at her craft, best waxing service I’ve ever had. Feel as smooth as a baby seal right now! 🤣 Her attention to detail is fantastic, the whole experience inside the salon is wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. I Had carbon laser done, Faiqa was very professional, she went through everything throughly, and made sure I was comfortable, she gave me complimentary treatments too. I could see instant results after my treatment.

I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!
