Everything was absolutely enjoyable and perfect. After reading the reviews and checking their products, services and facilities out online, I was even more impressed with the amount of care they put in the smallest detail to make you feel welcomed ☺️ With a friendly and professional attitude, I was really comfortable. They did an excellent job and I was extremely happy after the session. Will definitely come back for another self-care day

Loveleen has been providing me waxing service for more than a year. She is caring and kind, she understands her client's needs and make sure that they get the best service possible. Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

I Had carbon laser done, Faiqa was very professional, she went through everything throughly, and made sure I was comfortable, she gave me complimentary treatments too. I could see instant results after my treatment.

I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

Have been seeing Lovleen wherever she has been based, and was lovely to finally go to her house set up. Clean, comfortable and even more services offered. She always makes sure I go away painfree and hairless. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

I was offered refreshments upon arrival, my lash tech was very gentle with me and would check if I’m okay during my appointment also. I asked for the natural mascara look and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to—very happy
