Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

Pedicure with Tan was amazing!! Special focus on massage was my favourite part and polish application is perfect. Was nice to be offered a drink (tea, coffee or water) and I will definitely be back! Thanks Prosperity nails for great service.

Tiana provided exceptional service today for my BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. Miss Jay's is expensive compared to the cheap and cheerful places, but the service and outcome you get here is absolutely worth the money.

Amazing experience! Visiting from Brisbane, looking for a pamper experience for my sister's birthday in Melbourne and Toni was incredible with making it exactly what I was looking for! I loved it! My friend saw the reviews online and we decided to try the pedicure with shellac. The whole team was very friendly, nice and professional. Highly recommend Lyn for beautiful eyelash extensions. Lyn has been doing my lashes for a couple of years now since I moved from the UK. I had some previous bad experiences at other salons which made me anxious about trying to find a new regular technician in Melbourne but I hit gold with Lyn. Perfect lashes every time.

Wow!! 12/10 I myself, am in the beauty industry and can be particular with my beauty services. This place is by far THE BEST I have ever been to. When I started coming to Miss Jay’s about a year ago, my nails were damaged, brittle and not at all healthy. Nat and the team have looked after me since. Today, I got a fresh hard gel manicure and not only did Nat do an amazing job (as always!), but my natural nails underneath are stronger and longer than they’ve ever been, and we didn’t even need to do extensions on them. A big thank you to Nat and the team for always looking after me, making the Footscray and Thornbury spaces so welcoming and comfortable, for saving my nails, and for giving me the perfect nails every time!

Excellent service, enjoyable treatment, manicure,pedicure,eye brow and lashes. Lovely lady Emily was very professional. Highly recommended!Certainly will come back!

Nat was so great, my nails looks so lovely I haven’t had a gel manicure since before Covid! The salon was gorgeous and I can’t wait for my next visit!
