Only had 30 minutes which was not enough! If you go full 1hr highly recommended. Had 30min deep tissue and body feels so good after only 30 minutes. 1hr would have been much better

The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

I tried a Lymphatic massage this week and was again pleased to receive a great experience. Very different to the Deep Tissue I have been getting, but on Natcha's advice I was keen to try it. Some areas in my lymphatic system need some more attention, so I will have another one this week.

I can highly recommend Only U Massage. I have experienced both Lymphatic and Deep Tissue massages and loved them both. This time I booked myself a deep tissue massage as I have experienced discomfort and stiffness in the muscles around my lower back and hipbone as well as my knees. After managing to get me in a deep state of relaxation, Woody did some deep pressure massage and manipulated my legs while twisted in a side wards stretch that really targeted some of the muscles that had been playing up. Today I had a 90min hard pressure massage with cupping from the amazing Phelina. I am always on cloud 9 when I go to Bamboo spa Lower Hutt and the ladies there are all incredible. After doing some heavy work in my garden the last week my left hop abd thigh and knee started playing up and the muscles around the hip joint had tightened up. I booke a 90 min deep tissue massage with Woody my regular male therapist. The deep treatment was painful and he knew exactly to locate and administer the right amount of deep pressure that allowed the muscles to relax and release the tightness. Painful but incredibly rewarding afterwards. Back for more for sure!!!

Had yet another wonderful experience at Bamboo spa Lower Hutt. My Masseuse Rachel is such a caring person who is adaptable to concentrating on specific tight areas on the back and shoulders when requested. Bamboo spa Lower Hutt is by far the best massages I’ve experienced. Highly recommend their traditional Hilot massage with Ventura cupping.

Just wow! Natcha was outstanding, she was onto muscle tightness in spots I didn’t even know were there. My body is moving with much less stiffness. I have found sometimes deep tissue massage can be quite painful at times. I have had massages from Natcha at least 3 times and have never experienced pain.
