Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

Had my mani and pedi done by Sisi and honestly couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel really comfortable from the start. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail, and I absolutely love how they turned out. Will definitely be going back to Sisi again! 💕😍

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Andrius really knows his stuff&was able to diagnose my knee issue very quickly. After three sessions with him&following his treatment plan I’m now feeling much better. He’s now given me a lot of confidence that I’m going to be able to run my Marathon in x5 weeks time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. It’s the best money I’ve spent.

I had an amazing massage with Nicole! The environment was so relaxing from the moment I walked in. Nicole took the time to listen to all of my concerns and tailored the massage to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. I walked out feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. This was my second visit with Nicole, and once again she exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend her!
