Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I try to get into Route 1 once a month for a back reset, and it honestly makes such a difference. My job is very hard on my body, and after every session I feel looser, more aligned, and ready to take on the next few weeks. Lewis is always professional, welcoming, and really knows what they’re doing. It’s become an essential part of keeping myself feeling good and staying on top of the physical demands of my work. Highly recommend to anyone whose job takes a toll on their body!

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Michaela gives amazing massages. She’s warm, attentive, and really knows what she’s doing. She takes the time to understand what your body needs and adjusts the massage perfectly. I walked in feeling tense and walked out completely relaxed and pain-free. The whole experience felt calm, comfortable, and genuinely caring. I can’t recommend her enough — easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

I've been in a lot of pain for a long time following a serious injury. I thought I was stuck with medication for life.. Jordanne give me options on how she could help ease the pain and explained fully how the process would work. It was my first time trying these type of holistic methods and i couldnt have picked a better place to start my healing process, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Great value for money and I walked out feeling brand new. 😃

Great experience, went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder and overall tightness in my back Lewis was a great help, gave me loads of info on what was up and performed 2 treatments which have left me feeling brand new again. Can’t recommend Route 1 & Lewis enough. Cheers.

10/10 experience! So professional, told me where my pain was coming from gave me exercises, felt so comfortable throughout the appointment will definitely be returning !

I had a deep tissue massage booked in with sne. I expected a weak massage with no outcome. However, sne fixed my nerve pain in my arm which I had been experiencing for over a year. She powered through the deep tissue massage and applied the cups to all areas of pain leaving me content with the results. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to everyone.

From my first appointment Simon helped alleviate some pain I had been having for weeks prior to a sports competition. The service was great and I’m continuing treatment with him

Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

Nina was incredible, really listened to what I needed and spent extra time on the parts that were aching - felt so much better after my massage!

Absolutely fantastic, Jordanne is extremely welcoming. The room is perfect, dark, soft and very calming. There were multiple check ins during treatment to see if everything was progressing well, with pressure preferences and essential oil preference is taken into account.
