Paris had assessed me thoroughly throughout an earlier treatment, recognised an issue and directed me to request an MRI. I did as she suggested and have subsequently been referred to three specialists. I can’t rate her enough. Her approach is safe, considered and careful, yet so thorough. I now visit every four weeks and see this as a must.

Great experience, went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder and overall tightness in my back Lewis was a great help, gave me loads of info on what was up and performed 2 treatments which have left me feeling brand new again. Can’t recommend Route 1 & Lewis enough. Cheers.

It was our 1st wet cupping session today at The Cupping Clinic in Bolton. We both jad our session together with the Lovely Talat. She's been cupping for 7 years now and explained every step we would go through and the benefits. We would highly recommend this treatment. Booked back in , in 6 weeks time. Wow! Exactly what I have been looking for since my 2 sprained ankles 3 years ago! Sne was amazing, painful yes! But a nice much needed kind of painful. Eased my pain and discomfort already after 1 session, actually happy for my next appointment, as I know I am finally getting somewhere after being fobbed off over the years. Thank you 😊

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

First time trying cupping and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Akeel explained everything clearly before the appointment which really put me at ease. Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. This is my go to place since moving to the area, but first time with Mohammed for a deep tissue and Grafton massage. Having suffered sporadically with back pain following an accident, Mohammed did a brilliant job in being firm while ensuring care in sensitive spots, and i feel like a new man. No knots or tightness and a lot more free movement. Very professional but also very friendly and personable. Highly recommended.
