I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Good message and professional expertise

I had my first appointment today at the beautiful Swan studio. Had a massage from Monika and can honestly say it's probably the best massage I've ever had. From entering the studio to leaving again everything was so professional. She asked what the problems were and just got to work. Very professional and very relaxing. Had my first session of acupuncture and found it very relaxing. I'm hoping for better sleep and pain relief.

Feeling the benefit of my acupuncture and we are now progressing towards strengthening my muscles so I can hopefully get back some of my independence . I’m feeling very positive with everything we are discussing.

I have been suffering with hair loss due to the menopause and after speaking to the staff at The Cryolab they recommended for me to try acupuncture. I was very sceptical at 1st as I am not great with needles, but I was assured by Dylan it was a non invasive procedure. My 1st treatment was today and I was amazed at how good this actually is, and therefore booked another 4 sessions going forward. So can’t wait to see the results after my 4th treatment and hardly felt a thing. Amazing, friendly, professional staff who made me feel at ease. Dylan really worked his magic.

I visit the cryo regularly but yesterday I tried acupuncture with Dylan . I woke up this morning to see a lot of swelling had gone down already, I’ve got another appointment booked with him, hoping the results continue. JW
