Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. I had a lymphic drainage massage which is a really light massage. I didn’t know this is part of the expert technique. My body felt amazing afterwards and Nora was so lovely. She gave me plenty of advice around my diagnosis/operation. I really thought it was going to be a “fad” as I’ve seen so many people having them on social media. But honestly the results relaxed my nervous system and helped my bloating.

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Second time visiting Muliana, and this time I treated myself to a full body massage. Once again, she did not disappoint! I left feeling completely de-stressed, with my knots eased, muscles relaxed, and ready for my holiday. I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders, and Muliana always takes the time to listen and applies just the right amount of pressure. I had a neck, shoulder, and back massage with Muliana today, and it was fantastic. I’ve been suffering with discomfort and tight knots in my shoulders for quite a while, and she worked wonders in relieving the tension. She paid particular attention to my neck, where I was holding a lot of stress, and I could feel the difference immediately. Muliana was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Her skill and attention to detail were outstanding. I left feeling much more relaxed and comfortable, I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The room was lovely, with thoughtful little touches like fresh Thai tea, which made the whole experience feel extra special. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and would definitely recommend! Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client.
