Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. He has healing hands and quickly identified the areas causing pain and discomfort. The massage was excellent, and he knew exactly how to target the problem areas. I left feeling much better and would highly recommend him.

I had my first cryotherapy session at The Cryo Lab and had a really positive experiences.I have FND, which causes seizures, jerking, internal shaking and body aches. I went in feeling sore and shaky, but afterwards I felt instant relief. My jerking stopped for a while, the soreness eased, I could walk better and felt more energised. The internal shaking is still there, but much calmer.Ellie-Mae was absolutely lovely, friendly and reassuring. She talked me through the whole session and made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone with FND is different, but for me, I noticed a real difference

Ryan was absolutely amazing! Super professional and really took the time to ensure I was getting the correct treatment tailored to my needs. The room was lovely and it was such a relaxing environment. Iv struggled with back pain for a while and have had many massages in the past with the practitioner not being able to remove knots in my upper back… which Ryan did!!! Honestly couldn’t recommend Ryan more and can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you 💕 x

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Paris had assessed me thoroughly throughout an earlier treatment, recognised an issue and directed me to request an MRI. I did as she suggested and have subsequently been referred to three specialists. I can’t rate her enough. Her approach is safe, considered and careful, yet so thorough. I now visit every four weeks and see this as a must.

Ryan is amazing at what hes does he knows exactly what is needed for me and my body. He finds all my knots sometimes before I even know they are there and gets rid of them. The improvement with my aches and pains is unbelievable and I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment.
