A wonderful and relaxing experience. I had the prenatal ritual and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The massage therapist was very attentive and skilful. The spa itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling much calmer than when I arrived. Thank you!

I arrived late ( my error totally i thought i was 40 minutes early) and was consequently very distressed. Helen- my practitioner, was so kind and sympathetic and calmed me down. I had a fantastic nourishing facial w Helen. My second appointment with her. At the end i relaxed in the lounge and the front of house girls were super kind and generous, allowing me to return later for my sauna and spa element. I was super grateful. I have been coming to Hale for years now- i always look fwd to my treatment and invest in the recommended products when i can afford them. Also recommend to my friends!

This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and Josyln. The body wrap and facial with Helen was wonderful and thorough, the treatments and facial creams were amazing, I feel rejuvenated. My massage with Josyln was relaxing and concentrated which is exactly what I wanted and needed. Highly recommend both therapists so polite and focused on me and my comfort and Hale spa as a very relaxing place to de-stress and clear your mind.

Massage from Charen/Charlen was excellent. She was fanatic throughout. Only a 4 star because I’m disappointed we couldn’t use the pool and sauna facilities. We didn’t realise we needed to come beforehand for this. If so, we would have booked for later in the day. It could be helpful to communicated this over the phone more clearly when booking, just so there isn’t any misunderstanding.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The reception staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the spa/plunge pool before my treatment. The lounge was lovely where I had a few little treats. Repeat visit. Fabulous aesthetics & services at Hale Spa haven. The impressive cave pool & spa set me up for the Signature massage in the expert hands of Missy who fostered complete relaxation. Followed by herbal teas in delightful recovery lounge with floating fire & comfortable lounges. Luxurious & restful.

had a wonderful experience at Sycamore Medi Spa – Civic. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. My best friend and I enjoyed 2 blissful hours at Cabrera Day Spa today. Despite initial impressions of an older style building, the massage and platinum facial treatment were both up there with the best we have experienced. We both left feeling so relaxed and our skin was amazing.

My sister and I had a fabulous time together indulging in a 2 1/2 hour treatment which was superb . Mina our treatment practitioner was kind and gentle with a well practiced technique in massage and facials . By the end of our session my sister and I felt wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated . We intend to return and highly recommend the Canberra day Spa .

We went to the Canberra Day Spa for my daughter’s 7th birthday celebration and she couldn’t have been showered with more care and attention if they tried. It was perfect from the moment we walked in a bit frazzled! We were taken into a group room for a massage, had a hand and foot treatment, manicure and ended with light refreshments and a surprise birthday cake with candles! We floated out several hours later feeling very pampered. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
