⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my second time trying both the infrared sauna and cryotherapy, and I absolutely loved it again! The service was so warm and welcoming, and the team made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The establishment itself is spotless, beautifully set up, and has such a calming atmosphere. Both treatments left me feeling refreshed & energised. Definitely a place I’ll continue to come back to – highly recommend!

Had the 45 min NORMATEC COMPRESSION THERAPY. Louise was the absolute best.service was top notch and definitely feel so much better after the sesh! would highly recommend and will be back soon🙌🏻

Friendly and informative from first enquiry until the end of my session. This place has everything you need for maintaining your health and recovery from exercise and injury. Can’t beat cryotherapy for lifting mood and creating natural energy and immunity.

Lovely, clean and welcoming studio. I had the whole body cryotherapy and absolutely loved it, I've joined a membership. Can not wait to test out the lymphatic roller and infrared sauna. Highly recommend.

The perfect energiser ! This place supports not just physical wellbeing but mental clarity - highly recommend whether you are an athlete - or to alleviate other health issues such as peri-menopausal symptoms or general stress and anxiety. Fantastic , knowledgeable staff

This place is like a big hug - after a tough few days , just go in and cone out feeling a lot better physically and mentally .

New meditation /o2 chair and normatec boots are fantastic! Like a personal therapy session but better . Such a great welcoming place .

I love the Cryo therapy session. Can’t rate it high enough. Takes me to another place in regard to feeling happy and energy. Love it As no the team are first class in all they do :)
