Brilliant facial (peel) and eyebrow and lash tints. The best I have had in CT. My nails look AMAZING. I loved the quiet ambiance and full attention I received, compared to the rushed, packed salons in malls. Definitely found my salon. Got solid, helpful and friendly advice. Great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with Ash, the Beautician. She did my nails and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. My nails look perfect, and the waxing was done so smoothly and with care. Highly recommend her services!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

My treatment experience was great, however the salon appointment did not match mine (mine was 12 noon, theirs was 12:30🤦‍♀️). This resulted in a scurry to allocate a beautician, since I arrived too early. After the soak- off, another beautician arrived who didnt know whether I was there for a mani or a pedi. I'm disappointed by this inefficiency which marred the treatment experience. I expected a smooth, slick experience. Not sure I'll be back.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend OnebyClaire enough! After weeks of tension headaches that my Rheumatologist described as 'extremely bad,' I walked in feeling heavy and walked out feeling like a completely new person. She listened to every concern and worked magic on my neck and shoulders. My body has never felt so good! Already booking my monthly appointment. 5 stars isn't enough!

Fuzzy does the best manicures in Cape Town. Her eye for detail is extremely impressive.

The best in the business. Sameera always goes the extra mile and makes me so welcome with her warmth & hospitality.

Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!
