I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I always have the best experience with Lani! Her hydration facials leave my skin feeling so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing every time. Her lash lifts last so long and look amazing and natural. I love that she uses Korean skincare, especially her goat milk products, they’re so gentle and effective. I once had a huge pimple on my nose, and she carefully extracted it and applied goat milk products. It was completely gone within a week! She’s so knowledgeable and gentle, I always trust her to the point where i fall asleep during my apts! Highly recommend! 💕

Had my 5th laser hair removal appointment and I can’t believe how great the results are. Mehrnaz makes you feel comfortable with the treatment. Painless and easy. My pedicure was also amazing. Always such a wonderful experience having a treatment by Rena. The spa is inviting and comfortable. Rena is very professional and so knowledgeable about her products and services provided.

I had my second treatment of laser hair removal and again, it went perfect. Mernaz is very knowledgeable and makes each appointment comfortable. The treatment itself is painless and I highly recommend getting laser treatments here if you have even considered getting it. Afterwards I had a very enjoyable pedicure. A very enjoyable and relaxing morning.

Lani never disappoints. She always has a warm, friendly demeanor and is incredibly knowledgeable at every step of the facial/treatment. She truly is the best!
