At my appointment Linda was warm and approachable, and had excellent knowledge of facial structure and anatomy. She was able to make me feel comfortable about my procedure. She explained complications and risks, and really put me at ease immediately. I loved Linda’s injecting technique- to be honest I barely felt any pain during or after the procedure. I would highly recommend her!

Abbey does my treatment & at the beginning she was very informative & letting me know everything I needed to know about laser hair removal. Abbey is kind, gentle & understanding in every session which helps make the whole experience so much less daunting! The clinic is always clean & tidy & all of the staff that I’ve met have been super friendly, I highly recommend this place!

I had such a lovely experience at Aesthetik today for my lash lift. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. Elle was incredible; warm, friendly, and so considerate throughout the whole process. There was no upselling, just genuine care and attention to making sure I felt safe and comfortable. I asked about facials and was blown away by her knowledge and the range of tools she uses. I’ve already booked in for a facial next week. I've been many times to Altona and have had different treatments. Extremely happy with the results and professionalism from all my treatments. The ladies are nice and friendly. Highly recommend New Look Laser Altona. No pain laser is definitely spot on. Fat freeze gives you amazing first time results and the bio micro blading is on a league on its own amongst their other treatments.

I had an amazing experience with Karla as my skin therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about achieving real results. My skin feels firmer, more lifted, and healthier, and I could see a visible improvement after the treatments.

Carla explains each step clearly and works with a high level of professionalism and care. You can truly tell she is passionate about skin health and long-term results. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else.
