I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

Jackie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I can already feel the benefit from the sports massage and can’t wait for the next one. The Gua Sha facial felt amazing, very relaxing and the benefits are so noticeable after one treatment. So impressed.

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I will definitely be booking a postnatal massage!

Had a beautiful ‘Due time’ massage with Charlotte to celebrate my due date, she creates such a relaxing atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about the specific areas to focus on and the oils to use. As well as a wonderful body melting massage she also had lots of really helpful tips for myself and my birth partner to use in labour which was brilliant. Charlotte is so welcoming. The retreat really is a beautiful place to relax. I love the fact I could bring my baby in those early post partum days. Today I left my baby at home with my mum. It is the first time I’ve managed to switch off completely in months. I am so grateful I found this place!
