Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. I feel like a new woman 🥰. Thank you Gabby, I'll be back 💆‍♀️

I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Hannah was so kind and caring and made the whole experience relaxing. I had my nails done for my wedding and she took such care. I will absolutely be back!!! Highly recommended!!!

bsolutely loved my experience at In Touch! The atmosphere is so peaceful and Charlotte is incredibly warm and welcoming. I went in feeling quite anxious and left feeling completely calm and relaxed. I may even have snored! 😂 She listened to how I was feeling physically and emotionally and tailored the massage to my needs. I felt so connected to my baby during the treatment. She even researched suitable oils due to my high-risk pregnancy, which I really appreciated. The little goodie bag was such a sweet touch too! I can’t recommend her enough and I’m already looking forward to booking again!

Had a 1hr deep tissue massage wth Georgina, although a bit achy afterwards (which is normal for deep tissue), my sleep was really great. Definetely worth trying if your body is tight from built up stress and tension.

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

Exceeded my expectations. Highly professional and friendly. Checked in to make sure I was comfortable and pressure was good. The head massage to finish was incredible and a particular highlight. I’ll definitely be booking again.

It was a very relaxing start to the week! Charlotte was so lovely and accommodating. My 16 week old boy came with me and Charlotte helped ensure we were both comfortable throughout the session, including tailoring the massage when he needed a cuddle. The tension in my shoulders feels so much better. Would definitely recommend The retreat to any new mums.

A gorgeous experience from start to finish. The treatment room is beautifully tranquil, and I left my massage feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I may have even drifted off momentarily as it was just so relaxing. Would recommend to any expectant mums - at 35 weeks I was made to feel so comfortable and looked after.

My visit was a mother's day gift from my daughter. I lived in Asia for over 20 years and was lucky enough to experience massages in some amazing spas. This experience was up there with the best. Thank you Dawn..... I'll be back.
