One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. I really feel like it's relieved a lot of tension and pressure that I was carrying. I felt totally relaxed and Phoebe was lovely and talked through everything. Went with my daughter today for her birthday.. we both had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn’t want to leave 😊 very professional.. relaxed wonderful massage experience I’ve ever experienced.. I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. Marie has such a lovely, gentle presence and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🤍

I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. Such a lovely atmosphere here. B gave me a 1.5 hour massage which was amazing - good pressure getting into tight areas but also relaxing. Came away feeling lighter and taller and very relaxed ! Will definitely visit again

Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. Wonderful massage by a kind and.considerate lady. I can't lie, I had the therapeutic massage and I expected it to be a bit sore. I was far more tense, tight and twisted than realised so it hurt a lot at times. At the end I was much looser, straighter and generally felt so so much better even though the stretches were challenging at times. I will be going again and hopefully after a few treatments I will be fixed and maintenance massages will be more relaxing than therapeutic. Thank you so much.

Highly recommended. I dropped in last week and have sent friends and my husband too. One friend spontaneously applauded after hers. Fab massage - and we’re quite particular and get massages often wherever we travel or live - in calm surroundings. Felt very looked after. SPECIAL MENTION: the heated bed is divine. Will be returning for sure. Also, great value for money.
