I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.

I had my very first lymphatic drainage session with Lauren yes and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The ladies there are very friendly, just lovely service. They have a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice relaxing background music. They really know what they are doing. I had a very bad aching back and can barely move my lower back before I had my massage but thanks to Julie she fixed it. I feel so relaxed after. Slept like a baby.

Lauren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I absolutely love my lymphatic massages with her. Not only is she completely qualified and so knowledgeable but she also makes you feel welcomed. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. Not only did it help with the swelling, but it also improved my sleep and gave me a much needed moment of calm. I’ve already booked my next session! I can’t recommend this enough.

Sophie is always amazing with her massage therapy. I see her for pregnancy related pain. This is the second pregnancy I am getting treatment for. She really understands the body in a holistic way and always finds the root of my pain, not just the areas I indicate are sore etc. I walk away like I’ve been slightly battered haha. But always feeling a million times lighter overall. Would always recommend.

I highly recommend Body Therapy Studio, not only was my experience very relaxing, I already see amazing results from just one session, there is a visible lift in my face from the lymphatic drainage massage. I feel so refreshed and feeling great afterwards.

Ive had post surgery massage that has reduced my swelling so much. My recovery from surgery has been so much faster than expected due to the massage. I could hardly walk in 1 session with out assistance. When I left I walked with no assistance at all and 1000x better
