I’ve been going to Jeoin since I moved to Singapore in 2023. I have very curly hair, and despite the fact that hers is naturally straight, she always cuts it like she’s a naturally curly-haired person. She listens to my wants, provides me her guidance and opinions, and then cuts away. I’ve always walked away a satisfied customer loving my new look. The salon is great and very centrally located in the Tanglin area. They offer scalp and shoulder massages and beverages, as part of their service. I would highly recommend Trimmings and Jeoin if you’re in need of a cut or new stylist.

Once again a great experience with Hiro! Appreciate the attention to detail and such a clean and swift service. Although did a colouring service, my hair still feels healthy and shiny. The hair wash service in itself is one of the best so far! So relaxing and with a great scalp massage too. Lastly, I really do appreciate that any additional cost is confirmed upfront before starting the service (have previously had bad experience in other sg salons where several hidden costs are revealed only at time of payment). Overall an extremely pleasant experience as always!

It's my first visit to the salon. The hair stylist was so skilled and professional. Due to a change in my urgent family arrangement, I brought my 4yo son with me. And the staff were so king to accommodate to the situation, as well.

The stylists here are nice and acted politely, same as what I'm familiar with japanese-style service. Once I arrived, both stylists at the forntdesk near the door wore friendly smile and spoke English without strong local accent so that I can fully understood what they said and communicated without difficulties. Zackey, the stylist who cut my hair this evening at the salon, is a friendly and east-talking guy that made it comfortable and relaxed to get my hair cut. It's a good experience here in Halu.

Had my haircut and eyebrows trimmed by Daiki-san and I was very satisfied with the results! He also provided tips for styling and blowdrying my hair which were really helpful!Even though he is not fluent in English yet, I sincerely appreciate his effort for trying his best to communicate with me! What a pleasant experience with such friendly staff, a little shoutout to Daniel who is new at the salon but will definitely be returning again. Finally an experience where you are well recommended on how to have your hair cut according to your face, frame etc. I originally booked after the mum hair loss workshop and really appreciated the care that went into it. I love my haircut and had the best experience with Fairuz who took time to consult with me and understand my preferences before doing the cut. The result really satisfied my hopes for the style so perfectly, and I enjoyed his kind and generous approach to his clients. Absolutely a great service from my most favourite hairstylist, Lana ❤️ Her hair colouring skills is really top-notch! Did the Oway Classic Head Spa with Salon5, and what a treat it was! It was extremely relaxing and my oily and itchy scalp felt so clean and fresh after! The treatment starts off with a hair and scalp analysis, followed by the suitable type of treatment for your condition. Great experience and great service!

I recently visited Tony Walker, a new salon in Geylang Bahru, and Leon did a great job with my haircut and colour. He used ammonia-free Nook products, which not only covered my stubborn greys but left my hair bouncy, soft, and shiny. Leon's skilled and took the time to get my long, bob-style cut just right. The salon's atmosphere was friendly, and the service was top-notch. Plus, it's super convenient – located right at Geylang Bahru MRT, Downtown Line. Just get off the train, head up one level, and it's to your left. And they take walk-ins (hence the name). I'm definitely coming back!

He was fantastic—so knowledgeable and skilled! He gave me an amazing haircut, blow dry, and styling. Intrigued, I did some research on their socmed and was impressed enough to book an appointment I had a haircut and scalp treatment with Winnie, and it was a solid 10/10 She is incredibly professional , friendly, and pays great attention to detail She took the time to understand what I wanted and offered informative advice about both the cut and the scalp treatment The results are wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! I have had Sherman as my hairdresser for quite a while now. He is incredibly skilled, quite friendly, and a great conversationalist. The prices he charges are reasonable and the salon is near and cosy. I look forward to our appointments every time.

Brand new, minimalist style at the newly renovated salon. Impressed with the advanced hair analysis technology prior scalp treatment to better understand customer’s hair condition. The new hair packages were not as attractive as the previous ones. Olivia had to multitask and attended to various customers with limited assistants’ help and took a longer time to complete our hair cut and treatment. Nevertheless, Olivia is still our family’s reliable and trusted hair stylist that we will return again for our hair needs.

This is my regular place to get a haircut and Johnny is my go-to. The main reason why I stayed consistent in this salon was because of how well he treated his customers. His customer service, advices, knowledge on hair-related matters were always top tier. He doesn’t just do it as a job but his passion can always be seen through his work. He doesn’t only does what we request him to do, but also gives his input on what might be better. Ensuring that every customer is comfortable is very important and Johnny never fails. It shouldn’t just be haircuts but an experience. Thank you brother.

I really liked and would recommend my student hairstylist! He was so patient, gentle and focused while doing my hair. Gave me such a great head & temple massage while washing my hair too which took me by surprise, but I felt so at ease with how gentle he was. The teacher hairstylist and receptionist were also patient & welcoming when answering my enquiries. Highly recommend this salon for its cheap rates & incredible services!
