I'm from the U.S. but have visited Singapore 3 years in a row, 3 weeks at a time and I am so happy to have found them! I always want to sneak in as much treatments as my skin/body/$/time allows and.... I can telll you they're not there to upsell on treatments, but to make sure you're doing what's right. I absolutely love going to Shan for my facials! She is incredibly knowledgeable and really understands what your skin needs. Every time I visit, I feel like she works magic—my skin is clearer, refreshed, and glowing, which is especially important in Singapore’s hot and humid weather. Beyond the results, the whole experience is just amazing. It’s like a peaceful little escape in the middle of the city where I can fully relax, be pampered, and forget about all my stress. I always leave feeling completely recharged. I truly couldn’t recommend Shan enough!

joey gave amazing guidance, which i greatly appreciated because i didn't know exactly what i wanted, only the general vibe (inspired by my phone case). she checked in super regularly to make sure i liked the design and i felt no pressure to say if i didn't like it and wanted to change it too 👌 she knew which techniques to employ to get the design i wanted and really pulled off the design beyond my expectation. another major plus point is that she is super super gentle when shaping and cutting cuticles!! also wow she was super fast, usually i take 2.5h, she did it in 1.5h. overall amazing exp
