With a gender non-conforming haircut, its also quite awkward asking for what I want in both salons and barbershops, but Kristy was very lovely and made sure that I was happy with my haircut throughout the whole session! I had my haircut and colour done today at the newly opened Kroz Hair Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Kristy did a fantastic job with both my haircut and colour, and Sue assisted with my colour. They were both friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Their kindness and excellent service truly reflected their professionalism. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. I also appreciated the helpful advice on caring for my hair. Thank you, Kristy and Sue! I love my new hair and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Kroz Hair Salon!
