Nikki Hughes is a wonderful person to work with. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, thorough and very easy to talk to. Their front desk is quick and efficient. It was intimidating to come into a wellness clinic as a male, but Health and Vitality has made the process very comfortable.

Jillian is very intuitive and patient with your body. I am a massage therapist myself and I have a hard time finding other therapists who really listen to what my body needs, Jillian is in tune. I highly recommend.

She’s super nice and checked in on the pressure. I did need a super deep tissue massage and it was really enjoyable. Came in tense and left buttered up and relaxed. I continue to come in month after month and never have been disappointed with any massage therapist I’ve had. I would 100% recommend booking her if you are in need of some relaxation.

Joanne came so highly recommended. Worth the 45 minutes drive even though I went to a Holistic doctor never exposed to the great products and the foot bath and the machine bed. I am beyond thrilled with services here.

As each visit happens I agree with Mark more and more. I know he is knowledgeable on many health issues. As the weather makes it more conducive to being more active, I am confident that what I am doing other than exercising, I'll be more aware of my body mechanics in order to avoid injury. Mark is moving me up to more strenuous exercises and it's like building blocks. One exercise at a time.
