Olivia is amazing! She is extremely talented and knows exactly what she is doing. She allows for your input on what you want in an eyebrow, but also shares her thoughts about how the shaping etc should look. She wants you to feel confident in your eyebrows, but also wants them to compliment your other features. She is lovely and takes keen interest in the topics you discuss as you get your brows done! It was my 1st time visiting A&A. I came in to get my brows waxed and tinted. I left looking like big bird even after asking for my brows to be waxed more. Angela explained that my eyebrows were uneven and needed time to grow-in better before she could make bigger changes. Today I am enjoying my eyebrows much better. Time and wash have take the darkness out of the tint and they look much better.

Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.
