Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. Wow!!! What an amazing hairdresser. I have been to many hairdressers over the years and I have to say hairdressing is a talent. You either have it or you don’t. He has it!! He is a hairdressing diva. I love his salon, the high quality products he uses, his flexible times, his warm kind nature and of course his knowledge about hair including his skills. I walked in a mess and left with amazing hair that was literally glowing!! I have difficult dry, frizzy hair and not many hairdressers know how to handle my hair but he aced it!!Couldn’t recommend another hairdresser in all of Sydney…

She made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I wanted, tailoring everything to suit my face and style. As usual the service was excellent. I liked my brows, lashes, & nails. The girls were excellent. Suggestion: try interacting less with colleagues and more with clients. Not unless it is really needed. Also, for hygiene purposes, kindly use mask when doing lashes & eyebrows due to close contact or offer masks to the client if they are comfortable to wear it. If unavailable, try to keep conversation at a very minimal when doing the tasks.

Amazing results that really last, I always get compliments on my lashes and people ask if they’re fake, that’s how good of a job they do here! This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
