I had a lovely facial with Inga today. She really took the time to double cleanse my face whilst giving me a great facial massage. During the mask she got rid of my neck and shoulder tension.. I felt very relaxed and my skin looks hydrated and plumper. She was very knowledgeable about what my skin needed and I look forward to another facial soon!

The individual doing my facial was so professional, catering and understood my needs. I definitely got the bridal pampering I never I thought I would get a hydro facial for me always is painful and I feel like the dermatologist took the time to understand my skin didn’t rush me at all. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

I had my deep cleanse with the lovely Jawahir, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, talked me through each step of the facial, and answered all my endless skincare questions with so much patience. I left feeling fresh, glowy, and genuinely cared for. Jawahir, is simply a beautiful soul. The salon was closed but she still came in and did my facial all because I really needed it. I don’t know what it is but her facials are truly the best, I genuinely have seen a massive improvement in my skin. I’m always looking forward to my appointments.
