Absolutely amazing experience! The service room was unique, cute, and cozy. Marisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with a phenomenal mani/pedi and massage. She’s extremely skilled and personable. I would 100% recommend spa services with her. Services were also reasonably priced and well worth it.

Kim and Kenya are awesome! Kim's magic is in her hands and her calming aura made her facial so relaxing that I SLEPT! Kenya took such pleasure in delivering my pedicure. She went into her zone, focused on the details and even sang along with background music. I can't wait to return!

Torie, Derrica and Chauntel made sure without a doubt that I was comfortable and made my spa day a relaxing experience. It was my first time being waxed and Derrica was a sweetheart with helping me to be relaxed and stay calm. Chantel was so soothing with her hands during my pedicure that I fell asleep. LOL. Natasha is knowledgeable about her craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my radiance facial which helped renewed my skin after some sun burn my eyebrows were arched to perfection and the "walkabout" pedicure was well done and not rushed...I will be returning again to try these and other services on offer because of the cost, cleanliness and professionalism found at Encore.
