Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I am absolutely amazed at the treatment I received from Louise. From the moment I arrived Louise helped to transport me into a state of relaxation, she was thorough in her explanation of the treatment and made me feel really comfortable which I consider to be extremely important. The centre is beautiful, calm and very clean. The overall experience was amazing and I will be booking again! Thank you Louise!
