Fabulous! I've been here several times but needed a good massage as currently training for a half marathon and feeling tight. I asked for firm pressure and my therapist really delivered. I’m currently training for HYROX, so keeping my body in one piece is basically part of the job. Recovery has become just as important as the actual sessions, and Jess has honestly been a game-changer for me. I’ve now had a couple of sessions with her I’ll about be booking in with her on a continued basis. Jess isn’t just a great masseuse. She actually knows her stuff. She explains what’s going on in the areas that are tight or giving me grief, and gives really practical advice on how to improve them between sessions. All in all, I can’t recommend Jess enough!
